This website uses the WP Recipe Maker plugin by Bootstrapped Ventures to display recipe cards and allow certain interactive features such as ratings or recipe submissions. Bootstrapped Ventures does not have access to any data collected by the plugin — all data is stored in our local database.

  • Comments and Ratings: If recipe ratings are enabled, the rating you submit is stored along with any personal data already collected by WordPress when you leave a comment.
  • Cookies: When recipe ratings are enabled, a cookie may be stored in your browser to remember that you have already rated a specific recipe. This cookie helps prevent rating spam and is stored for 30 days.
  • IP Address: When a recipe rating is submitted, your IP address may be stored to help prevent spam or abuse.
  • Information You Voluntarily Provide: If recipe submission forms are enabled, you may be asked to provide information such as your name or email address. This information is only collected if you choose to submit it. If Google reCAPTCHA is used on recipe submission forms, your interaction with that feature is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy.

11. MailPoet Newsletter and Emails

If you have subscribed to our newsletter or if you are a member of our website, you may receive emails from us related to content you subscribed to or services you used. We will only send you emails which you have signed up to receive, or which pertain to the services we provided to you.

To send you emails, we use the name and email address you provide us. Our site also logs the IP address you used when you signed up for the service to prevent abuse of the system.
